Before You Purchase
Our custom wigs are designed to stay secure without any adhesives. They feature internal combs, an adjustable elastic band, and a fitted cap construction that hugs your head comfortably. You can move through your day with complete confidence.
Ready-to-Ship units are pre-made in standard sizes and ship out within 3–4 business days. Made-to-Order units are custom-crafted specifically for you (color, cap size, density) and require 3-4 weeks for processing before shipment.
We provide a detailed sizing guide on our "Styling Tutorials" page. It involves measuring your head circumference. Our customer service team is also happy to assist via chat or email to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit.
After You Purchase
We recommend washing your wig every 7-10 wears with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always air-dry on a wig stand and use a wide-tooth comb to detangle gently from the ends up. Avoid excessive heat to maintain longevity.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. The wig must be in its original, unworn condition with the **lace uncut** and no product applied. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
With proper care and maintenance, our premium 100% human hair wigs are built to last. Most clients get 24 months of regular wear, and many report up to 4+ years of use with gentle handling and low heat styling.
