How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-Ship wigs are processed within 3–4 business days and shipped immediately after.
Custom and Pre-Order wigs require 19–23 business days for processing before they ship.
Please note that processing time does not include the delivery window.
What is your return policy?

To qualify for a return, the wig must:

Be unworn and unaltered
Contain no makeup or product
Be sent back in its original packaging
